These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Single Christians Faith ("we," "us," or "our") mobile application and website (the "App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use this App. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate and truthful.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate profile information and to keep it current. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our community guidelines.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- • Post content that is harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate
- • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
- • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or to violate any law
- • Attempt to access another user's account or data without permission
- • Scrape, copy, or redistribute App content without authorization
- • Upload malware, spam, or any malicious code
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Certain features require a paid subscription (Basic, Grow+, or Grow Pro). Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your profile settings. Refunds are issued at our discretion in accordance with applicable law. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.
5. User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of content you post (posts, prayers, comments, photos). By posting, you grant us a license to display it within the App. You are solely responsible for your content and its legality. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or our guidelines.
6. Safety & Moderation
We moderate user content and may remove posts, suspend accounts, or report illegal activity — including child safety concerns to NCMEC — as required by law. Do not share personal contact information publicly and exercise caution when communicating with other users.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will find a match or that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
